FHIR Implementation Guide for Scheduling

HL7 Finland has started work on the FHIR implementation guide for scheduling.

This is actually a third implementation guide on this subject. The main objective of the work is to consolidate the content from two previously published implementation guides and to update the contents based on implementer experiences.

Relevant information is published in GitHub, along with the source code of the implementation guide. The README page contains information on weekly “office hours” calls, for instance. Also see the wiki for meeting notes and other information.

We welcome participation from the FHIR implementation community!

Note that in parallel, Kela is working on a Kanta-specific FHIR implementation guide for storing appointment information into the Kanta system. The scope of that implementation guide is more constrained, and the work is coordinated by Kela.
